Tirol: Reinhold Messner
Mountaineering isn’t as easy as it might look. Susanne accepted the challenge and headed for the mountains in the Dolomites, South-Tirol. She didn’t really get that far, because you won't get far without experience. Reinhold Messner knows everything about climbing as he was the first man in the world to reach the top of the Mount Everest without any extra oxygen. Nowadays, Reinhold owns the Messner Mountain Museum where you can find the full history of climbing.

Reinhold Messner
Reinhold Messner developed his climbing skills at a young age. In the 70’s, Reinhold stood out because he was the first climber to ever climb all 14 mountains higher than 8000 meter in the Himalaya. Reinhold prefers to climb by himself and without the use of any oxygen. He proved that it's possible because he's the first mountaineer to ever reach the Mount Everest without the use of any extra oxygen.
